MXM Ventures, Inc. is an "asset based" joint venture partner to real estate investors. The decision of MXM Ventures, Inc. to participate as your Joint Venture partner is based solely upon our evaluation of the real estate asset being acquired for the venture and the quality of the deal, and NOT our Joint Venture partner's financial or credit standing. That means, if you have found the “Right Deal”, YOU CAN get the deal done without the hefty expense of Hard Money.
MXM Ventures' financial strength and strategic relationships are internal. MXM Ventures, Inc. makes an “in-house” decision to Joint Venture with you and our decision is based upon our team's due diligence of the asset being acquired and the quality of your deal. Our decision to participate is determined quickly, usually within 24-48 hours of receiving your request. The bottom line is we want to help you get your deal done and EVERYBODY profits from the venture.
